Your Greatest Enemy When Losing Weight

When you have a lot to lose weight, it's easy to believe that the battle is just fat. But there's more to losing weight from overweight. Especially when you suffer from obesity.

The truth is that this is an event that changed his life. Obviously, physical, social and economic impact.

But often the worst enemy when weight is fear. You have to fight insecurity. You have to deal with pain how cruel people treat you.

You will have to face all the hurts, fears and agonies you have endured - and hold - even for years.

When you are overweight, try as many as you want and you're stupid, lazy, even useless. Some of the worst offenders are "MD", after their names.

Sounds familiar?

I think many of you who are overweight know exactly what I mean. Experiences like that change - even if other people do not realize.

Many times before you can succeed with weight loss, you must beat your fear and insecurities. You must learn to believe in yourself.

As you begin to lose weight, your body can change faster than your feelings can be tolerated. And although you want to lose weight, it is natural to fear.

You can become a strong, full of uncertainty, even develop irrational fears.

Suddenly, every headache is a brain tumor, every car ride is no accident waiting to happen, each ring of the phone is bad news.

But these irrational fears can be only one way to release all the emotions that are kept for so long. Perhaps these are some real fears instead:

First you tried to lose weight so many times before, you may not believe it will work now.

Second
The latter must give up your favorite foods, possibly forever.

Third you will get the weight back.

4th you'll let other people or yourself down if you regain weight.

5th You're kind of exercise or do not want people to see your body when you exercise.

6th You will not be able to deal with the problem if you can not have food.

7th You are surprised by how much weight is lost.

8th Other people will respond with envy, anger and frustration.

9th will lose their overweight friends.

10th Other people will expect more from you after you lose weight.

11th You will always be perfect - hair, clothes, everything.

12th You will be able to cope with all the attention you get when you're thin.

13th You will be attractive and sexy to the opposite sex.

14th you will be one of the skinny people who hate.

15th People will still reject you when you're thin and you can no longer blame your weight for rejection.

Of course, not everyone who needs to lose weight develops irrational fear. Especially if your friends and family to support weight loss efforts.

But even then it is normal to feel uncertain when you have a lot to lose weight. And it is easy to allow fear or self doubt sabotage weight loss.

There's an old saying that sums up why so many of us fear change, even when it's good for us, "It is easier to know than risk an unknown hell heaven."
